A new chief executive will soon become a driving force behind one of New Zealand’s most lucrative industries.
“Lynda [Keene[ has extensive experience with inbound tourism,” Anna Black, board chair of Tourism Export Council of New Zealand (TECNZ) says of the appointment, set to take effect in February.
Some of Lynda’s previous roles include working in hotel management and as chief executive of Tourism Waikato She has also lent her experience to such organisations as Deloitte, Tourism Business Advice and the United Nations World Tourism Organisation, and with local and central government agencies.
