A board member since May 2018, Tevita Funaki is set to take a new seat at The Pacific Business Trust as Chairperson.
Mr Funaki says he is looking forward to the role and the challenge it provides in ensuring more Pacific people achieve greater levels of prosperity and wellbeing.
“Unlocking economic prosperity for our people will provide opportunities to address health and social issues,” he says “This also recognises the cultural capital that we have [and] can contribute to improving the wellness of our communities.”
Mr Funaki will draw on experience in leadership roles in health and education.
In addition, the Trust will also see two new members join its ranks with Samuelu Sefuiva and Leaupepe Rachel Karalus joining the board for three year terms.
