Commenting on ATEED disclosure (NZ Herald today) that ATEED was forced to bid for one of the two Lions tests this winter, Auckland Chamber head Michael Barnett said it was ludicrous that Auckland rate payer money was used to bid for an All Black test match.

“There is nowhere else in New Zealand that could host a test match on the scale of Auckland – Eden Park is the obvious venue.”

Using rate payer money this way is plain wrong, said Mr Barnett.

Tommy’s Property Management, the property management division of Tommy’s Real Estate has appointed Jack Vale to a newly created role of Business Development Manager.

Jack’s role as a business development manager is to source and attract new business for Tommy’s Property Management and work with landlords to help them grow their investment portfolio.
